Hello again,

I am back into podcasting again after nearly six months serving in Cali, Colombia.

This is my rendition of a popular and beautiful Mass hymn, The Summons, set to a traditional Celtic melody that I converted from MIDI format (from cdchoir.wordpress.com) and then recorded my own vocals over that. I hope to comment on the hymn as part of an ongoing study of the Gospel of Luke on my new blog, www.catholiccanada.wordpress.com.

Blessings,

Welcome to my podcast called Theophilus. This is meant to be a religious podcast with a Catholic Christian focus. I am discerning a call to the priesthood in the Roman Catholic Church, and this is my first foray into podcasting. "Since many have undertaken to set down an orderly account of the events that have been fulfilled among us, just as they were handed on to us by those who from the beginning were eyewitnesses and servants of the word, I too decided, after investigating everything carefully from the very first, to write an orderly account for you, most excellent Theophilus, so that you may know the truth concerning the things about which you have been instructed." (Luke 1:1-4, NRSV)
